We are here to accommodate our customers and cause as little disruption as possible. If you would like your new boiler installed at the weekend due to work commitments we are happy to carry out the install over a weekend at no extra charge. If you are without heating and hot water and need your new boiler installed as soon as possible we will try to do this the next working day, provided the quote has been agreed prior to 4pm. 5. The next step is where the new boiler installation will take place. Our heating engineer will attend your property, set up, install your new boiler, test and commission, show you how to work the controls and clear away the rubbish. 6. Our team will register the warranty of your new boiler and provide you with the aftercare numbers you may require in the future.
Manufacturers recommend that boilers are serviced annually to ensure they are working safely and maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Once we have installed your new boiler we will send you a reminder for your first annual boiler service two weeks prior to the due date.
