  • If the fault is on the central heating system or other gas appliance, we will be happy to provide a quote to fix the issue.
  • If the annual service is not carried out within 12 months of the previous service which results in the manufacturers becoming void, we will accept no responsibility.
  • In the case where we provide an advisory replacement/repair/service and you choose not to go ahead with the advisory which then results in a fault later on, your system will not be covered and you will be liable to a surcharge for the costs.
