Coronavirus update from West London Plumbing

The safety and well-being of our customers and staff are always our number one priority, even more so now with the ever-changing progression of the Coronavirus outbreak.

All our engineers and staff are taking extra precautions using proper personal protective equipment, while also sanitizing their tools and equipment each time before and after use.   We will also  sanitize any working areas before and after jobs.

Staff or engineers who return from affected areas abroad have been asked to stay at home in quarantine for 14 days.   Staff or engineers who are displaying symptoms have automatically been asked to self-isolate for a minimum of 7 days and longer if necessary in accordance with up to date government advice.   These strict measures have been the case across the company for some weeks now.

As the situation evolves, we will do everything in our power to ensure our customers have heating and hot water whilst keeping health and safety at the forefront.

We will continue to provide the service and customer care we are known for and we will provide updates on our social media channels.

We will act strictly in accordance with the Government advice at all times to ensure the safety of our clients and staff which is paramount.
