Some properties vary depending on the age of the boiler or system so if you do need to book a call out if signed up with our Home Care Plan we do not charge any excess fees.

When considering home care plans it is important to consider how often you are likely to use the services included within the plan and how many engineer visits you have on an annual basis.

If you are a current customer who uses West London Plumbing we will be able to look at your property history to see what plan might suit you best and the average visits you have in a year.

Doing this will ensure you are not paying for visits where on average aren’t required.

To differ from our competitors we don’t have hidden fees, we provide discount on the services you would usually book annually, you will communicate with our professional, knowledgeable London based office and not a call centre.

We will ensure your Boiler Service is carried out on time to ensure any boiler manufacturer guarantee remains valid and a CP6 Boiler Service Record will be sent electronically and retained on our secure system.
